Our tin box production chain is 100% Made in Italy. The tin box manufacturing is carried out exclusively at our plant facility in Bottanuco, in the province of Bergamo, about 40 km from Milan.
Out tin boxes are customised to meet individual customer requirements. In our Research and Development department, in fact, we create “AD-HOC” moulds based on the specific requirements of each individual customer. Compared to the manufacturing and delivery of the standard catalogue tin products however, this particular processing requires much more time and annual supply quantities for a minimum of 300,000 pieces.
We have a wide range of tin packaging available in our standard catalogue, which come in a variety of sizes and shapes (oval, rectangular, square), in addition to a range of height and customisation options.
Our products, however, are not available in stock and ready to despatch, and are manufactured to satisfy each specific customer order. Customers can therefore rely on receiving their supply of bespoke tin boxes in the desired manner and with swift deliveries, starting from around 6 weeks.
We comply with BRC Certification in relation to our tin boxes, and metal food-grade packaging produced at our plant facility. This is the strictest regulation for food-grade products and guarantees conformity and quality throughout the entire supply chain, starting from the raw material used to manufacture and customise the packaging through to the shaping of the finished product. It also certifies our compliance with food-grade “Secondary Packaging” requirements.
